I never recived any money from you so how could I have defaulted on my loan, and by the way the dae on my paperwork is May 31 I don't think its been 6 months since then. Not to mention the fact that your company said I could have a refund and I still haven't seen it, and the phone number your company gave me to use to contact them has been disconnected??? So if you are a real company why can't I get me refund and why can't I contact you? Face it your company that supposedly already loaned me money actually just took my money and now you are trying to ruin me! I think not! I have filed a complaint with the attorney General of New York, and I have notified the BBB which I was told your company is a member of and in fact you are not! So why don't you cut the crap and send me my money? I never defaulted on any loan, you can't default on a loan you never received! If I would have actually received my money I wouldn't be filing a rip off report now would I? So I'm not suprised, you lied to me at the beginning and now you are lying again. Some reputable company you are! So tell me Bentley Financials who actually needs to pay their bills? I think you! So where is my refund????

I think someone is trying to rehabilitate their advance-fee loan scam by claiming to have actually loaned Amber money. Folks, simply Google "advanced fee loans" and learn why you never, never, NEVER pay up front for a promised loan. If they really need a fee for processing, let them take it from the proceeds - otherwise you will be posting your sad tale here as well. If you see this Amber I would love to hear an update.

Where do I begin? This is a real situation except this person did get their loan but forgot to mention this was processed almost 5 months ago, and Amber defaulted her very first monthly payment! 2nd month we got $50!! Of course you didn't receive your security deposit back it's in the disclosure you signed off on!! This is the problem, we deal with people who have bad credit and you are a perfect example! Don't ruin everyone eles chance of getting a loan or I should say leave them scratching their head! It's just not fair! So Iam sorry you defaulted your payments and created this problem for yourself and the company!! Further action on this matter will be taken and I hope for everyone else reading this so you too don't get mad at the end, just pay your monthtly terms that you have chosen and there will be no problem!!! Thank you and hope your credit gets established one of these days!!Just pay your bills amber!!
