Short and sweet. I ordered my 30-day free sample and decided I wasn't going to continue using it. So, I called to cancel, w/in my 30 days, but somehow my credit card had already been charged the full price for another 2 or so months worth and had already been shipped. I was specifically told, several times, to just call and cancel before my 30 day sample was gone.

I ordered the free sample of one of Berkely's products for the shipping charges. The site was very clear in making it known that you are thereby enrolling in getting product timed to arrive before you run out and being billed to your credit card. I ordered the free sample and then immediately followed the directions to cancel the continuous delivery. I got the free pills (which by the way worked miraculously in a "blind test") and never received any more. However, I now will sign up for their reduced rates for ordering them sent for a year. It is a shame that because a consumer either did not read or could not understand what was printed they would blacken the eye of a company.
