if you order product with our company you are fully informed of the fact that you are being enrolled into the program over the phone not only do we tell you we give a date to call in by the # to cancel @ and if you understand the info provided in order for your order to be processed not only that these calls are recorded so that we can also let you hear that you were informed. not to mention the same info on the side of the bottle and in the brochure that tells you more about the product. so i apologize if our customers just cant read or choose not to, or maybe they just forgot like most say after they hear the tape maybe you should try our new product for your memory.
