Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Bestblanks.com is anything but. I ordered some printing products fomr them with no issues the first time. I was thrilled with the product and performance. Heres wheere the problem begins...On the seond order i ordered the exact same product [even came with the exact same directions. The second batch of laser paper ruined my printer using the identical settings to what I used on first run. the result was a ruined printer. I contacted them about it and after sending photos, explaining everything they had no idea what the problem was, it took several weeks for them to determine the manufacturer had changed the product, making it substantially thinner thus causing ti to melt in the printer ruining the fuser. Over the next few months of trying to get it resolved I lost a lot of business and suffered major downtime resulting in me fnially selling one of my work system to replace the printer. After that I finally was  able to reach "jim" the sales manager who after several conversations came up with a way to make it right. He had promised ot send me sublimation sample using my work, and a decent selections of blanks I had chosen to help me make up some of the cost on equipment loss. This decision was made and agreed to based on the fact that they sent out directions for a product that were no longer valid. My mistake was assuming the product I liked was unchanged. With it bearing the same name, overall feel, and directions this was a fair assumption. It wasnt until I took a picture of the old product next to the new that you could SEE the difference.

A few more weeks go by and I leave several messages that went unreturned or ignored to find out when he would be sending the package out as discussed. When I finally find a small package in my mail box from best blanks it is a tiny envelope sent via USPS. My initial thought was maybe they just sent a coupon I could use when ordering...Nope, inside the envelope was 12 [1 dozen] blank jar openers [The one item I had specifically said I was NOT interested in] So after MONTHS of phone and e-mail tag, sending photos, hours on the phone, losing thousands of dollars, I was finally feeling confident this company actually cared and was going to fix things for me. The solution was once again to completely ignore me and solve the problem with a final slap in the face.

Fortunately I have found several suppliers that are cheaper so the order I had waiting for best blanks pending resolution has been placed with a savings of over $600.00 . Sad thing is, almost every company I contacted has picked up clients that were once best blanks. Seeing a pattern

And before the owner hops on and calls me a liar like everyone else who has filed a complaint, I have photos of the product and all e-mail communications saved. I also have a witness to the phone calls made and what was said. I have forwarded this and everythgin else I have to my atty, and will be filing with several more sites in the hopes of preventing this from happening to anyone else.
