How did this company get a 5 star rating??? Dealing with them has been my worst experience ever. Car was purchased less than a year ago that was supposed to be brand new and engine light has been on 3 times in the past week. Each time I took it in, there was a different story. First time I needed a pcm flash, 2nd time I needed a spark plug, 3rd time a battery. Are you kidding me? Who has a brand new car that has a dead battery cell in it in less than a year. Asked for supervisor and was refused one twice before talking to Service manager Darrin, I think his last name is Larson, was rude and even hung up in my face. He started yelling saying that the vehicle had extensive work done on the exhaust system.

When I informed him that no such work had been done he called me a liar.

Finally he hung up in my face when I said that the car was new and still under warranty.Now I am wondering if I was sold a lemon? Went to dealership and was informed that Darrin thought I was talking about another vehicle. The point is he should not be talking to anyone that way. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that vehicle had been sitting at the lot for hours before they decided to even look at it. They even denied that it had been sitting there for at least 3 hours. Tried to tell me it had only been there 5 minutes until I called the tow company and made them look stupid when they said they had dropped it off hours before. Dealership manager sitting only a few feet away from me and refused to talk to us. He would only send his gophers.
Do they seriously think I am going to accept their word as truth that my vehicle had not been repaired before they sold it to me??? Why would I?  So far everyone I have encountered there has either lied or being deceitful.  I wonder if the owner, who is supposed to be a Jordan Frazier, is aware of the way his customers are treated.  Maybe he just doesn't care.  Surely by now some of the complaints about the way his staff, especially the service manager Darrin , conducts themselves has passed across his desk.  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

Call Chrysler corporate and explain to them, if you are needing to make a Lemon law claim this needs to be done immediately (do a little looking on the net, there are a couple sites that explain Lemon laws in all areas),

Use a deferent dealer, any Dodge dealer can do your warranty repairs.

Finally understand that even though they have had trouble repairing your car it does not mean they are being malicious or have sold you a lemon. They are just having trouble figuring it out and with how complex cars are it happens.

By the way the way they treat you is not supported by Chrysler.

and Five Star dealers are Dealers that have up graded their facilities and agree to maintain a certain level of customer satisfaction, a complaint too Chrysler generally gets real attention.
