This is to update my previous entry. The situation has been rectified and all monies have been credited to me. I was issued a credit for being charged shipping on a "free shipping" promotion.

Update: I received credit for the 2nd promotion offered. The one where you will received $15.00 off the purchase of two, which is something. However, I doubt I will receive a credit for the shipping. In the process of making calls and sending emails, I received three different explanations as to how the free shipping promotion worked. Mine would make a fourth scenario. So, I would tell the buyer beware when it comes to purchasing from BestBuy.com.

Unfortunately your not going to win this.. the classic response from best buy on issues like this is to "not respond" To be honest I'm not sure of the laws about "bait and switch" in the past if a store screwed up in a print ad the store had to honor it. Now-a-days it seems like they can post 3-4 correction notices of a "misprint" a week in the store window and be off the hook. Your best bet is to simply refuse delivery of the package. If the package is left at your front door etc. do NOT open it. Give it back to the shipping company then contact your credit card company file a chargeback for the full amount for non-delivery.
