Signed up for dental coverage through the government market place health insurance website. I paid my first premium and set up automatic payments simultaneously. Or so I thought. Didn't use my health plan during the year. Then my CPA asked about health care expenses for tax purposes. I found my first premium in my bank records listed as a recurring charge in the description. When I called Best Life they said that they did not have recurring payments last year so it was impossible for me to have set them up. They also said I received all my paperwork and policy information with every invoice they sent. I might have received a welcome letter, but I never received my policy information and I certainly never received invoices. What a waste of money. How can I have coverage or see a dentist if I don't have a membership card or policy number to provide?? Bad provider. Don't waste your time or money.
