So has anything come of this? Did you ever get your money back, and what happened to the people who scammed you?

I must state I'm not impressed at all with how unprofessional this company is carrying themselves... The HA!! HA!!! at the end I found very childish. There is a standard in conduct in business that I'm not seeing with them. As a business owner, my sole focus is to make my clients happy, not fight with them and belittle them. I find nothing wrong with him using his wifes account, nor would any court. As the company stated themselves THEY ARE MARRIED. So I'm not sure why that was brought up. As I stated I find this company very unprofessional. Also if he has other accounts in his name, so be it almost everyone does, keep in mind it's an auction, people do try to get a leap on other bidders. It's not the norm. There is no way the police is going to come back at this man for filing a police report, End of Story!!! The fact is he believes that fraud has been committed and has every legal right to file a police report. Also I don't believe slander was committed, he has a true problem that this company has failed to address properly. By law he has every right to prove his point. It's called freedom of speech. If the company was truly worried about slander, they would not conduct themselves unprofessionally. After what I have seen, read. I will never use this company for one reason THEIR OWN CONDUCT. As I stated I am not impressed.

1) In cases like this, it is kinda hard to make a phony police claim. This is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, yet. 2) They claimed above that I was attempting to steal their stuff by making a phoney claim at eBay and Pay-Pal. 3) Funny how I have promised them that if they refunded me my money, I would send them back their stuff with a tracking confirmation number, yet they did not mention this in their rebuttal. 4) Notice how they did not make any claims about the other people who also complained about this transaction. Does this prove that these people are cons who are just playing the system?

We have learned that this users Ebay account is actually his wife's account. He has a separate Ebay account which also bid on our auctions. He owns at least 4 Ebay accounts that we know about that have bid on our auctions and left negative feedback claiming to be entirely different entities. He has made false allegations about criminal investigations and according to information we received when WE contacted and spoke with an officer in the fraud division of Anderson (his home town) - he DID file a police report. One of the detectives there actually did look at the infomation provided and after speaking with us told us we had nothing to worry about...and THIS is the kicker...they are going to be contacting Mr. Wright up there about FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT! HAHA

Here is the proof that this seller scammed other buyers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNrqa0Wq-I0 Also since beststopbargains has stated that I am attempting to get my money back and keep their stuff, lets see what their answer will be to this. Beststopbargains, As I have stated many times before, if you will offer me a refund on the items I won in your auction, I will send you back your stuff with a tracking confirmation number to ensure that you are getting your stuff back. In fact if you offer me a refund, I will also delete from every site all these videos I listed here, and ask Ripoff report to delete this report.

Decide for yourself. here is the link to the companies feedback at eBay http://myworld.ebay.com/beststopbargains if you will notice, I am not the only one who complained about these auctions. 2 others have as well. Also, if I am lying, then why did eBay kick beststopbargains off their site? You can also see that they are no longer a registered user of eBay.

Virtually nothing posted by this individual is truthful. FACTS: #1 - The auctions in question specifically advertised a set number of movies in DVD format. NOT a certain # of physical DVD's. Every title that was listed was delivered to the customer. #2 - This customer has posted false information regarding an email we sent in which we answered his question regarding the listing accurately. He has blatently lied about our comments in that email and even his own video shows that his posted comments are false in relation to the actual email. #3 - The only fraud here are the Utube videos this individual has posted which grossly mis-represent the facts. #4 - This individual has threatened us with harrassment, has followed through on that harrassment by creating multiple ebay accounts, multiple online identities, providing us and Ebay with falsified contact information. This individual demanded to keep the merchandise and receive a full refund and threatened us if we failed to comply. Our investigations show that he has done this to dozens of companys.

After I filed a full report with the Anderson Police Department today case#200806360, the seller started harrassing me. First they placed up a phony webpage (((ROR redacted))) Which I have reported to the website master. Then they started harrassing me at the site where I placed the videos up at. I could really use some help with this case. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

Corrections to previous report. The seller told me that Titles listed in the grid were DVDs; however, when I received them they were actually VHS tapes. The only DVDS I received were cheap $1.00 DVDS. This was a major flaw in their listing, especially since the main words that attracted me to the listing were "GREAT DVD movies with a starting bid of less than $2.00 a title!" See videos for more information on the video scam. All but one video, are unedited proof that this seller commited internet fraud. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCmUBNTuw90 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJwXGkEeF_I http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOEpsmwdcII http://myworld.ebay.com/hotbloodedmama http://myworld.ebay.com/beststopbargains Also I have asked eBay to remove all the retaliation feedback that this seller left on my profile. So far eBay has not done anything about it. This seems unfair considering they just adopted new rules attempting to keep customers at their site.
