I was bidding and reach to approximately 6 bids, 3 of which I won bidding. On my seventh bid, I was making a bid up until, somethin prompted me with a statement " I must pay the first three bids that I won before I can continue bidding." I was prompted that if I have any question to sent a message to [email protected]. I sent a message that "I am still shopping.!"The company responded "I have five days to pay ALL the items I bid or I will be banned from shopping! What a ripoff!

As a first time customer, all customers are required to pay for their first 3 wining auctions and that is stated on our Terms & Conditions.When you agree to out terms they should be followed in order to prevent any discrepancies. Everything is stated on the website and it should be read by the customer to prevent these small issues. Customers should always read our help section too, it gives in depth information on all the terms we use, returns, fraud, shipping and many more policies that we have. First Time Users Please note; in an effort to keep our site free from mischievous bidders (those who bid up the price of items but have no intention of paying for them), first time customers will be required to pay for their first three items that they bid on and win. After the first transaction is officially completed, customers will be able to bid freely on other items. Until such time, customers will not be able to make use of the Bidz.com auto-bid feature. This requisite will be implemented as of July 2005. * This policy pertains to Bidz.com art items as well. Thank you, Bidz.com
