Thank you for your inquiry. The account referred above was reviewed. The customer has not received a refund yet and that is becuase the claim forms have not been received. Upon receiving that letter, it usually takes about 7 days for the refund to be issued, it can also take up to 30 days. The customer was informed that the letters have not been received yet. We asked the customer if she had a tracking number that she can give, that verified that we had in fact received that letter. She said that she just mailed it out just like her other mail. At this point there is no notarized letter. Customers needs to resend that letter and make sure that it is certified, that way it can be traced in transit and she has proof of delivery. When a customer submits all the information requested, we issue the refund in a matter of days. We have procedures to follow and so does the consumer.
