I just received my package, and upon inspection of the item, one of the Genuine Sapphire stones is missing. It is quite apparent to me what is gong on here. You sell defective products, over charge for shipping and handling, and lets not forget the rip off transaction fee. Any imbecile with half a brain and one eye can clearly see that the stone was missing, but yet you still ship out the product.

Now I have to pay for shipping again, and you will of course have the audacity to charge me a re-stocking fee for your defective merchandise.
