Hi There Lynne, I recognize you from other posts in this forum particularly the one between the Aussie and You , obvious to me who is right and wrong, and the lies, Your company would not go to the trouble to call her by telephone in Australia anyways-- but that is BTW... and NO I am not wrong! 1..Research ..yes and whats more I have keep copies. 2..Shill bidding is illegal just because you may or may not manually shill bid, shill bidding using a back auto server is still illegal ---and to the trained eye, quite obvious. 3..FYI shill bidding can only be done by the SELLER of the item..(bidding on their OWN items to raise the price).. (a buyer cannot shill bid), so your statement about being tolerant of shill bidding, is worthless. 4..Do not compare yourselves to eBay, they have strict guidlines and their auctions are NOT rigged, their profile on the BBB reflects that, they are a venue which allows sellers to use and sell, and despite (bad sellers) they will be still be around long after you are gone. Whats more they follow the American way of conducting business and right or wrong they are the giants, you folks grovel at eBays feet, if you were a seller on eBay they would have stomped you out, long ago, had you been an honest company, you might have been able to give them a run for their position....and you Lynne what they pay you for being their "stooge" --(I mean advocate). 7.35 an hour? .. Do you sleep well at night?. 4. In the instance I refer to my previous post--Yes the bids were REMOVED dont even go where you went the the Aussie lady, I am not a liar, I witnessed it whats more I contacted your customer service right away ( no sense in that thought reporting shillers to the shillers Huh!) I had my reasons --and I kept copies. What happened? MO--"your back auto bidder" topped a customers wrong entry-- is what happened --and being that is was 4k on an item normally sold at 500, both bids were indeed quickly removed within 2 mins, so, dont tell me this propaganda and FYI I have a copy of the history of that auction. Shall I post it here for you to see?? 5..Regarding the autobid I am familiar with that from a customers point of view and what the customer sees and is led to believe --but I am talking about your OTHER auto bid system set to outdo customers autobids whats more I have watched it in action, want to know how I do it? Well instead of going back and forth here wasting MY time I can put my money where my mouth is--but be very prepared. 6..This is NOT an enquiry. 7.....and NO I am NOT completely wrong, Hey, just maybe I can prove it too, and just maybe I will. I do not think you have heard the last of me, I am awaiting a billing situation with your company, lets see if that will add more fuel to the fire. and FYI..I am NOT an unhappy customer that came here to complain. Just someone who looks out for the little guy!. 8..More importantly, my question to you is, How come no-one has sued you yet for charging a 3% credt card transaction fee or caught you before now-- for other illegal practices???that is my question? ...and you have a blessed day too Lynne, your world just might get "rocked"! Anyone interested in a Class Action Suit, unfair Billing Practices, illegal shill bidding, bid rigging, inflated shipping and handling, but to name a few.??

Thanks for your inquiries. You have done alot of research but you are completely wrong. Bidz.com does not practice shill bidding at all and does not tolerate it. 1. Shill bidding is illegal and NOT tolerated by Bidz 2. We loose money on merchandise because we do not make what we paid. 3.We are known for our $1.00 auctions and will keep it that way. 4.No bids are ever removed. All bids are shown in the Bid History. 5. Every company has their own ways of keeping track of the items and unlike eBay, we are the sellers. eBay has powersellers, sellers, ect. we dont all jewelry is sold by bidz and we have all records of these items. Regarding the autobid, The AutoBid system will never bid over the Maximum bid amount that you enter, and it will outbid other bidders by only one dollar. AutoBid will begin outbidding others in the LAST 5 seconds of the auction. To avoid being outbid by another AutoBid bidders check the status of your Auto Bid by clicking on View my AutoBid(s) in My Bidz Control Center. If another bidders Maximum Bid is of a greater amount than yours, your status will read "Losing Bid", and you will need to place a higher AutoBid to stay in the running.
