Big O Tires - Craig Rd Las Vegas Craig Dillion RIPOFF Store Manager BIG-O TIRES WILL NOT BACK THEIR TIRES! Las Vegas, Nevada
The fired store manager suggested 3 different brands of tires for my RV. I paid $639 plus got the extended warranty (never usually do) and had the four he recommended installed.
My first trip out of town I had a blow-out. They replaced it for $35
My second trip in the RV, another tire blew. Again, $35 and it was replaced.
My third trip and another blowout. I decided that there is something wrong with the tires and no longer felt safe on them. I went to the store and the manager was fired. The new manager "craig" said there was not enough tread to replace it. I explained that this blowout occured on a winding narrow 2 lane mountain roar and that I drove about 1.5 miles to a safe turnout. He didn't care!
I said ok here is the RV and the other 3 tires, the oldest has 5000-5500 miles on it and I wanted them replaced. He said there was nothing wrong with them and nothing he would do. (you have to die in a wreck for replacement) He then told me that the tires should not be on the RV. I told him the last manager suggested them to me! Still too bad!
I went and bought 4 new tires at another tire store and lodge a complaint with Big-O corporate. I was told that within 48 hours someone would get back to me, it been a week! About to start a small claims lawsuit, but what a pain! BUYER BEWARE! They DO NOT stand behind their recommendations or their products and will sell you tires that are unsafe and not proper for your vehicle!
