On December 30, 2005 I purchased a tent from Big Sky Products to be delivered in April, 2006. My credit card was charged for the full amount right away. In April I ordered extra tent poles to be sent. Again my credit card was charged the full amount right away.
In May when I inquired by e-mail as to when I could expect delivery of the tent and extra poles I was told there were production delays and I would have to wait until August. At the end of August I was told that they did not have enough tents in the current order to satisfy everyone on the waiting list. No information was provided as to when I could expect the tent.
Despite recently sending one e-mail requesting delivery information and another e-mail requesting a refund, I have heard nothing.
