Bill Chang charges phones to a long defunct paypal account.. twice! Saco Maine
This person, bill chang, has charged a cell phone, twice, to our long defunct paypal account. Have no idea if the credit card is still viable, but have not received a bill as of yet.
Was afraid to use the link which stated that if we wanted to dispute the transaction to click there. googled for lwp electronics and found the same name of bill chang linked to the bogus electronics firm...or he is bogus...or his order is bogus
ignored the first one and now have a second one to contend with...

There is probably no charges made at all. What is suppose to happen with these scams is that you get the email, get all irate and click on the link. The link will be to some scammers page where they will get ALL of your information that YOU unknowing provide to them. They will then use this information to REALLY try to clean you out. If you or anyone reading this does happen to click on one of those links, please contact paypal and YOUR bank as soon as possible. I would probably go so far as to contact the big three credit agencies too. Armed with the information that you might unknowingly give, a one of those people could clean out your account(s) within 24 hours. Glad you just ignored it.
