Bill Miedel, Freewellnesstest, Intensify Wellness, FWTC Bill Hired me to do there web site with the "good guy" approach. and refused to pay Cape Coral Florida
Bill with FWTCINC and freewellnesstest is a BAD guy that only wants what he wants and nothing else. He hires people to do his work and consistantly promisses payment and claims health problems for not making payment yet he owns a 700,000+ house that is up for sale and lives in a different VERY nice help on the water and YET still claims proverty.
Look up Bill Miedel in the Lee county, florida property apprisials office and you will see for your self this guy has no reason on paying any of his help.

I have even tried on working out VERY LOW payment of anything from him with no results yet he continues to try and get people to help him and gets it because they do not know better.
I have 2 children and a wife that does not work and am not rich. I have paid out money to get his work done they way he wanted it done without payment he owes me $750.00

Mr. Tomlinson is absolutely right I owe him money. As a small business owner money is very tight as it has been. I have made partial payments to him not quite as regular as he would like. I have not scammed anyone and the business work he referred to doing was not completed in the time frame he said it would be. I am now in a quandry because Mr. Tomlinson took it upon himself today, Monday June 20th 2005 to illegally enter my web site and delate all the databases there. It has had two web techs working 6 hours each and three of my employees working 5 hours each to try to find out what happened. Paying him more would have probably made this go away butthat did not happen. Instead Mr. Tomlinson cost this company several thousand dollars as well as costing 4 salepeople several thousand dollars because of lack of work. Acknowledging the company owes him money, it is a corporation and deals with bills like any other corporation. Had Mr. Tomlinson been a plummer, he would not have come in my home and taken his toilet back just because a bill was owed. He would have taken it to court like anyone else. Which he should have done here. He is very disgruntled. He cost the company much more than his bill is and he endangered himself for a federal crime. I am not hiding from anyone and fully intended on paying him. Now with what he has done it will not happen. He will probably have a visit from the authoraties. President
