I've tried numerous times to reach this company sometimes only reaching their overseas / outsourcing call center, whom I've left messages with but have received no promised "following-day" call. I've left messages and I've been hung-up on twice only after mentioning one sentence - to "cancel my order". They are some of the most rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. I've been trying to cancel my order for over 2 months and still receive credit card charges which they say will be reimbursed in up to 60 days.
Their product also - does not work!
If you take the money that these companies are collecting by fraudulently charging
and put that in the bank at the present interest rate, do you know how much money they are making per month! There are already numerous companies and more and more that are getting away with this! Doesn't anyone see what's going on?
