Bizaccess.net has changed their name to EChat Exchange ( EChatExchange )and/or ADI Marketing. The BizAccess.net site now says that Bizaccess has been sold. I don't personally believe this, so we will see. Where will this stop?? They keep trying to hide from the truth and continue ripping people off. Go here to see their new line of bull.. https://www.securebizaccess.net:8100/aboutus.asp it also looks like they bought the domain name www.echatex.com however, I have not fully investigated that, and the site is not yet live. Anyone checking into this company - echatexchange - needs to also check out BizAccess including information on RipoffReport.com Search BizAccess www.williecrawford.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi?read=12894 www.homewiththekids.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=800 In addition, yesterday 11/15/2004 I, along with Many others, received an email from a Very distraught young man whom is the son of a woman who took out a $7000 loan to become a Bizaccess / echatexchange agent. Below is a portion of what he wrote: I took out the cuss words (it hurt my eyes) and broke the one paragraph, one sentence letter apart so it was easier to read. I also removed some complete parts as they were incrimminating. [beginning of letter] "Dear BizAccess Employee/Ex-Employee: I am the son of one of the ex-employees of bizaccess and for her protection I will not mention my mom's name, but she was scammed out of $7,000 dollars and she was promised she would make a lot of money and not only did she make squat, her credit got damaged, our cars got repossesed and we're on the verge of foreclosure. My dad told her it was a bad idea but my mom wanted to work from home and BizAccess promised her that she would make as much as $30 an hour but after 3 months she made no money and now her credit is ruined as she still owes that money. They made her sign a pre-paid legal form which limited her ability to protect herself. We called pre-paid legal and they said that they're going to sue BizAccess as they received several complaints against that company as well. Over 500 people complained about them. [sensored - paragraph removed] I know the site owner must be reading this and I hope he is 'cause he [sensored] up our lives and now my mom is on anti-depressents and my dad is driving us crazy and I'm [sensored] mad [sensored - sentence removed] I hope you the current employee realize that you're being scammed. And that these people are liars, not only that, there are several websites that complain about this company. Just do a google search on BizAccess and you'll see I am not lying. I am trying to save you. I also included members of the Las Vegas media, as BizAccess is stationed in Las Vegas, MEDIA PEOPLE, INVESTIGATE THEM, and you'll find out as well as we did that they're nothing but [sensored] scammers. We are already screwed and we'll manage somehow, I will not let my family down, but save yourselves, hire lawyers, go after these people" [end of letter] My heart goes out to this family and I hope they are able to find some closure in what has turned from opportunity to nightmare.

I worked for BizAccess from the end of March until August of this year, and from what I can see, the reports on this website regarding BizAccess ARE ACCURATE. I was actually at the "top of the heap" and knew ALL CSM's. And "Ned", you were NOT one of them. I can understand why those reporting are using aliases, the contracts we signed made it seem as though Bizaccess could come after us if we told the truth about what was going on there, but "Ned" since you seem to be happy with your experience why sign a false name? Bob Clay Marshall, and Jim Daniels are likable guys, but that does NOT mean they are on the up and up. And yes, I agree they did put in a lot of hours. Would you if it meant you were going to make millions by getting people to pay you huge sums of money? Jim even called me at one point and offered to Grandfather me into the $7000 deal if I would stay. You know what, by then I had moral and ethical issues with what was happening, and wanted NO part of taking money from people who were desparately looking for a solid job opportunity. Maybe you feel differently Ned? Perhaps it doesn't bother you to get people to take out loans they can't afford if it all falls apart?? I am with the others at this site and other sites around the net in saying to anyone looking at Bizaccess as a viable opportunity, BEWARE! Read everything thoroughly, and don't settle for Bob's yada-yada answers. And So what if anyone was told to get another job if they needed to. Like they needed permission? All the CSM's were counting on Bob keeping his word. He didn't. And, the whole FHTM thing.. well the jury is still out on that. Most reps wonder if he even went to Kentucky. LOL. He is pretty good at getting you to believe what he wants you to believe. You also make it sound like the ex-CSM's feel like Bob and Jim are out to get them, and I have read everything on the net regarding this issue, and never took it that way at all. It seems they are just trying to warn others so they don't get hurt financially by this company. Regards,
Ned

I have met Jim and Bob. They are both down to earth, likeable, caring individuals. I did not sense any type of scam being worked on by either, just a couple of hard working individuals (each putting in 12 to 14 hour days) trying to make this company and the details of the company work. They have had some setbacks due to 3rd party involvement and have attempted to overcome those setbacks. At the time of those setbacks, on a weekly conference call, they told everyone involved with BizAccess, to go out and get other jobs until they could get the company back on track. If Jane and Sally were on those conference calls, they should remember being told this. I was doing other work and could afford to hang on. I chose to hang on because from the moment that Bob talked about his trip to Kentucky to deal with the 3rd party and the total lack of professionalism given him by this company, I sensed a person who cared about the people that had signed on to be part of BizAccess. Yes, there were times that I was frustrated but I made a commitment to hang on and I believe that my trust and belief in the possibilities of the dream that Bob has for BizAccess will pay off in the long run. Bob, Jim and Arthur, best of luck despite the bad press being given to you by a number of past Independent Representatives who obviously feel that you were out to get them.
