B.L Hayes Trucking Equipment Rental Cheats Employees, Commits Felony Fraud by not paying Prevailing Wages ripoff Downey California
B.L. Hayes cheats their employees out of prevaing wages. They don't pay prevailing wage. Even worse they file false and fraudulent certified payroll reports saying they do. Labor Board is investigating them.
Also employees show up late and under influence of drugs. They are an OSHA nightmare.
B.L.Hayes also acted negligent by not mantaining equipment resulting in an near fatal injury. (See Pictues)
They show up to work late and after two hours want money or they leave. Also if working hourly will perpously slow down your job to rack up hours.
The office there is Very unprofessional will call you clients and demand payment before any money is even due. Classic case of pay me now work never. Liable to being sued for felony fraud and negligence. Employees there are being cheated out of thousands of dollars.

Tries to cover up accident that nearly killed employee. Negligence and fraud runs rampant there.
