I ordered a spray of flowers for my fiancees grandmothers funeral on 4/18/14.  The funeral was on 4/19/14.  The charges were debited from my account immediately.

The flowers were never delivered.  I emailed them on 4/18/14 and let them know that the spray was not delivered for the funeral.  No response as of 4/22/14.

I called on 4/21/14 and spoke with someone and reported that the email was not answered.  They stated they would check into it and call back. I stated that I wanted a credit immediately and was very upset.  I asked what local flower store recieved the order so I could possibly contact them due to it being a funeral the family was very upset with the flowers not being delivered.  She refused to help me and said she would call me back.  This was in the morning on 4/21/14 and as of AM 4/2214 no one had called back.

On 4/22/14 I called twice and was hung up on both times.

I reported them to my bank and am reporting them here.
