 I ordered flowers from Blooms Today. They made no mention of any offers or recurring charges yet proceeded to charge my credit card for $9.99 every month. This charge supposedly makes me a member entitled to special product discounts and yet they never send me emails or do anything to draw my attention to them and my membership. Do not buy flowers from them!

I am sorry about this. Here at Blooms Today we never intend to cause frustration and we certainly don't want to charge anything without your permission. During the ordering process there is a suggestion to add Blooms Rewards to save money, however you certainly don't have to take it and can proceed to check out without this addition. Please let me help you remove the option. Can you please email me at [email protected] and give me your order number? I can remove you from the Blooms Rewards program so that you will no longer be charged.
