Blue Haven Pools ripoff destruction of property non-delivery of services Indianapolis Indiana
Contracted to have pool built in April, was promised it would be finished by Memorial Day. I wrongly assumed they meant Memorial Day of this year. Excavator dug up mt septic, electrical and sump pump lines and only repaired them after several weeks and many upset phone call. Am now in the 4th week of waiting for the concrete deck to be poured, each week Denise promises it will be completed this week. Concrete base has been completed, but I now have a giant pile (about 1/2 dump truck load) in my front yard they haven't removed. I have a conctete lined hole in the back yard that is filled with about 1 foot of green mosquito and frog infested water, and trash left from the various workers that infrequently show up. I can't get anyone to return my calls, they have lied about the schedule every step of the way and there is no such thing as customer service. I have invested $40,000 and have made 3 payments so far with absolutely no return. Please tell all your friends not to deal with this company.
