Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Firstly, this branch is extremely good at making it seem like they're legitimately hiring someone with the right credentials. Really, I think these actors deserve some sort of award.

Basically followed the same procedure as the rest of these fragrance peddlers. I called an ad on Craigslist and was received by an extremely enthusiastic receptionist who asked if I had reliable transportation and invited me in immediately. I went in for a primary screening, where I WAS asked to bring my resume and dress sharply, and was told I would receive a call by 5:30 if the company was interested in me.

Sure enough, got the phone call, and was scheduled for a secondary interview later that week. I was told to dress sharply again and to bring a pen and a notebook. It ended up being a group setting with folding chairs and six other people, all fairly young and probably desperate for a job like me. The boss man went through the history of the company including the genius of LARRY HAHN, the history of fragrances including the chemist MARK LARRISEY, and the phases of training (which would be intense, almost torturous, in order to weed out the less serious bunch). The whole time there was this racket going on in the next room over, almost like construction, and I wouldn't have been surprised if the wall came down with us inside.

We were promised $30K a year, our own office, 6-8 employees whom we would be responsible for, health and dental benefits, six weeks vacation (two of which were paid mandatory, two personal, two contest), a chance to meet the wonderful LARRY HAHN and hang out at his mansion in Beverly Hills, the chance to win a BMW, the chance to win a Mercedes and opportunity for extremely fast growth.

After one year, you could opt into the "A PIECE OF THE ACTION" salary method, in which you made a commission of your own office's sales. On the white board, this ended up being no less than double the original $30K. Of course this looked good. Too good? Oh yeah.

Towards the end, the boss man sent a couple people home with paperwork and instructions to call back at 4PM, the whole time building the anticipation within the rest of the group before finally congratulating us on being accepted into training. We would need to fill out screening forms, though even if you were convicted of a felony it would be alright, as long as you didn't lie about it on the paper.

Major scammage here. Save yourself some time and just get drunk at the bar downstairs.

Well First Of all I am glad to see that you like my name u got to thank my grandmother for it . But anyway If  you thought my story was fake then so be it , I put my story up here so that people that were actually going threw the program could contact a person - owner that was doing the business correct and making tons of money. For some people it helps if they can just know if the opp. is real. But as far as you go lol I cant spell the best but I can tell you this you are probably still looking for a job I dont make money off of typing lol. You probably can type faster and better and your grammar might even be better but at the end of the day it doesnt matter because I make more money than you and I am younger than u . So you have all these computer skills but what are you doing with them lol
I think data entry is hiring right now for like $ 10 an hour which isnt even 20,000 a year after taxes . Get a job

What is the point of having skills that you cant make money off of [ unless u wanna do data entry] their hiring at 10 dollars an hour. You f**king blow outs make me sick if I didnt come up here and put my first and last name then you would be complaining about how official can the company be if I didnt leave my whole name [ check other people stories] But anyway I make way more money than you and I am going to win that trip that they were talking about to you yeah we are going to Maui Hawaii tell me the last place your job took you Oh I forgot you dont have one lol. Earley Gaynor? If people didn't quit taking you seriously right then and there then I feel horrible for that crowd. That is a terrible fake name. The company is a scam, plain and simple, and I wasted too much time testing the waters, so don't waste yours. The rebuttal was extremely unprofessional, using not only incorrect grammar and spelling but profanity, as well. I wouldn't trust a "manager" that couldn't represent themselves correctly, or even use the correct homophone when typing a sentence. If you decide to pursue a career under Larry Hahn and Blue Skii Management, my God have mercy on your soul.

My Story, I went Threw Training With Boss Man J.P and Sherri, and Courtney wud up

First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Earley Gaynor, I went through training a year and a half ago in middlesex, new jersey with J.p and sherri and courtney. When I first started I answered the ad just like everyone else. But unlike the other people that I started with, I stuck with it and I finished the program. When I started I was in Job Corp, I was broke and I had no plan in life. I went from job to job to job until finally I answered the ad, Donnie did my first interview and he gave me the opportunity of a lifetime. When I started I had to do some sales (just like everyone else) but instead of quitting, I had to work harder. Long story short I finished the program in ten weeks (two weeks shorter than my goal). I now run a location of my own in Lanham, Maryland, which means I am a promotion of Donnie and Holly's. I now do the same job that they do, I signed up to be a manager and that is exactly what I am. I didn't get in this to do sales (which no one does). Donnie told me that I could make 30K my first year in the first interview. But in my business in its first year, I made $82,000. I feel like I scammed Donnie. People who blow out in their first or second week obviously didn't understand the business. They give anyone, no matter what race, color, gender, or age, the same opportunity they gave me. Free merchandise, free training, (the day you have to pay for something should be a red flag for you no matter what business) and they also give you the opportunity to move to any state with a business for free. Like I said I went through training in New Jersey and I got the freedom to move to Maryland. Any person with a brain can look at all these negative letters and see that people run offices all over the country. So ask yourself, how did they get there? They got promoted there obviously. Running your own business isn't going to happen overnight, it takes more time and dedication to be successful in this and in any business. Anyone who says this is a pyramid scam or that you dont get promoted doesn't know what THE F*** your talking about. Everyone has the exact same equal opportunity. All it takes to complete training is working hard( for yourself), dedication, and a little blind faith, believing that Donnie and Holly will get you open. I am so confident that I am going to leave my phone number (NOT FOR BLOWOUTS) but for people who actually want some advice on how to run a successful business for Scentura. 240-380-6157 or 240-330-7566. I have alot of respect for Donnie and Holly because if I was in the position, I wouldn't even bother running an office I would retire. They are great people and unbelievable promoting owners. I am 21 years old, I am black and I make decent money. Thanks to Larry Hohn for giving me the opportunity. When an opportunity like this comes your way it isn't about what someone else did or does for you but what you do with the opportunity yourself. See you at the top. p.s these are some good people before u take the advice of neg people holla at a owner in the company not a blow out see you at the top
