I purchased a pair of shoes from this company after the holidays and when they arrived they were defective.  I returned these shoes on the 9th on Jan. and they arrived back in their wharehouse on Jan. 13, 2015.  On Jan. 20 I phone Bluefly and was told by one of their service reps that they had until Jan. 27th to refund my money.....I will never ever purchase anything from these theives, EVER..  I rec'd another email today offering me $30.00 off my next $150.00 purchase...These people are complete morons and this should be illegal.....DO NOT SHOP BLUEFLY!!
