Bluefly.com international customers discrimination and ripoff New York New York
Bluefly.com recently switched shipping carriers to Comerxia for international customers. Since then international customers have been charged domestic and international shipping. Additionally coupon codes and special offers have not been honoured for international customers. Just today I received an email about an additional 15% off all items, that would be applied in checkout, nowhere did it say it was applicable to only domestic customers. I checked out in both international and domestic checkout, the discount was only applied domestically. I have emailed bluefly.com and they refuse to honour coupon codes, saying that they are worth free shipping (even when they're not) and that those have never applied to international customers. Since they are charging the domestic shipping to international customers anyways, with free shipping coupons it should be discounted. The last email I sent went unresponded to.
