Please contact the FTC and Florida Attorney General's office. How did you pay for your purchase? What you can do at least is send them a certified letter advising them they are in breach of their agreement with you. Since you did not receive the product, then you should not be making payments. If you made payments throught your bank account, then please contact your bank and have the payments for the last 2 bank statements refunded back to you... If credit card, then send a letter of dispute. Now, as to the remaining monies, I would advise you to send them a certified letter asking them for the money back. If they do not respond to the first one, send a second one asking them for the money. If no response, then take them to small claims court. Depending on the state, you could win up to 5K if the judge finds in your favor. Most likely, if you did sue, Blue Hippo Funding would not even show in court which means you win by default. I would seek punitive damages as well, since there is a good chance they have done this to others... Hope that helps.
