Boehn-ritter ripoff totalling 420.00 of unauthorised debits and return check chgs Napa California
I ordered 1 jar of nexiderm face cream from boehm-ritter over the internet I was led to believe the only charge would 5.95.
then a 45.00 charge debited to my account then 2 more jars sent to me at charge of 48.00 a piece. nothing i read said anything about 3 month supply and after x date we will charge you x amount.
these unauthorised debits cost me 274.00 in returned checks and returned check fees. this totals $420.00. sent e mail to boehm-ritter and received no response.
all product has been returned with a letter stating my position in this matter and demanding restitution.... of course no response.
something needs to be done to keep companies like this from preying on consumers.... and done now. .

Too many times situations like this can be avoided if people would slow down a bit and take the time to read the terms and conditions. Especially on websites. The following is directly from the website mentioned above. "A. It looks as though they did mention it on their site and you just did not bother to read it. I myself hate anything that allows someone to automatically take money out of my account. In the future just slow down a bit and read everything you can before hitting that submit button
