To whom it may actually Concern - I filed this complaint and I really believe Eric Burgos is telling it exactly like it is and he is in NO WAY - SHAPE - OR FORM at fault that I was not paid nor is IMPULSE COMMUNICATION. He is an honest man and I do believe he paid the winners when he owned the sites, I also believe he is sorry he sold those that he did to a company that is ripping off the people who play on the sites and earn them their ad money and I will say that if there is some way of spreading the word correctly and getting some action and results I will continue to do it....

My name is Eric Borgos and I used to own WallStreetPros.com, LifeBets.com, TriviaBucks.com, VirtualMiners.com, MusicRivals.com, EternalKingdoms.com, Bored.com, and over 100 other sites that I sold in January 2008. The new owner of these sites is JW Media at [email protected] . Nick Dean is not the owner, but is the person in charge of running the sites for the owner. I have emailed them dozens of times about paying the winners, but they are not responding. Nick does not have authroization from the owner to make the payments himself, so it is not really his fault. When I owned the site, I always paid all the winners on time and I am sorry that there are now problems.

Nick Dean OWNS WALLSTREET PROS. and several other sites that are listed as part of BORED.COM - Nick Dean is also a MODERATOR / ADMINISTRATOR on the BORED.COM website and is responsible for contests on the Forum there. While he may not own the ENTIRE WEBSITE - He is the person responsible for paying out the winning $$ on the contests i mentioned. Now then WHO is the person that made the statement that he does not own Bored.com and what is YOUR association with the site..

I have done business with both Eric Borgos and Nicholas Dean. Nick Dean was hired by the new owner of bored.com to manage the sites. He is not the owner of the site(s). Eric Borgos would have never have told you differently, since he knows this as well.
