Bowman Heitz Boscia &Vician My daughter with the same name as myself was sued by Livingston Financial. Using these attorneys, somehow my SSN was used and my good credit is now effectively mud. How do I straighten this out? Merrillville, Indiana
How do I get these lawyers working for Livingston Financial to undo a judgement on me that was meant for my daughter. She went to court for it and they placed a judgement against her and yet they used my SSN. Our names are the same, but different SSN and DOB's of course. How do I get my good credit back?
