Braden Chase I was friends with Braden while I was attending UofA. Stay far, far, away from this man. Very manipulative, arrogant, and irresponsible, My memories are Braden trying to con any female in believing he was successful. Remember people, he sued a small business on Kijiji for hiring him to work for $15/hr. Do not hire, do not entertain, and do not approach,. he is a failed actor and has an MBA with ZERO merit. This guy will sue anyone at all costs. He actually thinks he has a law degree. DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWN. He will cause you grief. Look at his resume. Everyone he has worked for has caused the company grief. DOW had to release hm after 10 months! His landscaping company was financed by an ex-girl friend. I know Braden well. He owes everyone he has been in business with lots of money. Be very aware when dealing dealing with Brden Edmonton Alberta

Please take notice that Braden Chase ("Plaintiff") has initiated a civil claim (the "Action") in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, due to allegedly false statements made by author(s) of Ripoff Reports #1417561. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Braden Chase at: [email protected]. Plaintiff has served a subpeona on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpeona anonymously. If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before April 17, 2018, to Braden Chase, Esq. via email at: [email protected].
You have the option of identifying yourself on or before April 17, 2018 via email at: [email protected]. If you fail to disclose your identity on or before this date the Plaintiff will seek special costs against you for each round of US and Canadian court applications required to identify you. Special costs for these applications would be in addition to the other damages and court costs the Plaintiff will be claiming for. To the person who authored this false and defamatory report, if you really know me then you would know that I have filed lawsuits against other persons who filed false and defamatory statements about me online. Expect me to file one against you now too for this report. And while you think you can hide your identity from me you should know that I have successfully tracked down users of this site who also used aliases to hide their identity. As such, I expect I will be successful in discovering who you are too. I take my reputation very seriously and I will not have it tarnished by the likes of you. Why are you hiding behind a fake name if you are so sure of yourself and what you said about me? See you in court.
