Peter, that is sad that you are filing a report. Considering the horrific job you did. I had my horse at Nichole's for training while you were "doing your job." This was not my first horse with Nichole, and infact that you are calling her a terrible horse trainer is slander. #1; I called her and asked if she ever trained a horse for you, and infact she hasn't. I have sent 5 people to Nichole after she trained #2 horse, I have had #4 colts with her and at this writing she is working with my new horse who is 10 years old.
As for your work; the arena you said you would build was not an arena. There are photos if you would like Nichole to post them. You did not do the job that you were hired for. Mulligan's had to hire another person after several contractor's looked at the "arena" you said you built.
I do not know about the check being bounced, do you have proof? Do you have the names of the collection agencies that you said they have claims against them? I find it rather interesting that they were able to purchase a home "with the collection agencies you say are after them."
What I do find interesting is that (I want to let you know this was told me by second-hand so not sure). You turned Nichole into a collection agency somewhere in the southern states, not locally. I was told by Nichole you do have some warrents out on you. The reason why you haven't pursued this issue. I also think you need to learn to spell correctly if you are going to post something "as serious as you say this is." Hire a lawyer, take it to small claims.
As a business owner, Nichole has the RIGHT to refuse horses to train, tell owners that their horse isn't safe. Example: if you bought a fishing license, and didn't catch any fish do you demand your license back? NO. Same with training a horse; it's a service. I looked at my contract on one of my horses: I pay upfront, if I take my horse before the month is over with I LOOSE MY MONEY. Stop the slander about her horse training and get to the point of you and the "so called arena that you said you made."
Don't be a coward and post this on the internet. Maybe you should also learn to spell and learn some grammer. I stopped counting your errors after I counted 8.

Peter quoted a job for us and when he was done he over charged us by $5000.00 and did a horrible job. I had wrote him a check to get the project started for $1200.00. When he was done he wanted more money with not telling me the adjustments. I wrote him a check for part of it just to get him off my property. Then next morning went out to try to put up the arena and found out he'd botched it and I had to hire another contractor to fix it. Which was another $4000.00. I cancelled the other check.
I have numorus contractors and retired contractors that would be willing to back me up also have pix of what he did. My clients are VERY happy with the work I do and have never ripped anyone off. Personally I believe this is a case of Slander and defimation of character for a lawyer to take care of.
I was confronted later about Peter and about his lies and bad work and that he was trouble. He is the one you need to watch out for. I could of easily sued him for the money to fix his work but decided to walk away. But now after seeing this I'm going to be talking with my layer!!

Have you checked to see if there is a state D.A. that handles things like this? Go to the state, not collection agencies.
