Ordered a few items for my business. I was told there is a one to two day turn around guarantee. Four days later no product so I asked if it was in the mail. I was then told there was an incident and the items would be mailed the next day and I would have a confirmation emailed to me. Three days after that there was no product or confirmation. Now 12 days later I'm asking for a refund for the items that were never mailed. I will update if I get my product or money back since it takes multiple emails to get a response, can't get anyone on the phone.
