When I got the SUV, thought my deal was awesome which is turning out to become a nightmare, have already paid 11, 205.83 and my balance is 15,688. I can't even trade for a lower payment. Never been late and still can't get a break from them. I'm so pissed off

So when you got the vehicle you signed a legally binding contract.
How much was financed?
What is the Interest Rate?
What is your Monthly Payment?
How many payments do you need to make?
How many have you made?
Then the big question.....what specific parts of the legal agreement you signed have they violated and where does it say they need to "give you a break"?
