Complaint Review: Bridget Ann O'Brien Hall - Roseville California

Bridget Ann O'Brien Hall was convicted on two felony counts, dropped to one if she agreed to pay restitution of $20,000.  

She has not paid a dime since Oct 2018.  She is on the loose and is now in violation of her probation terms.  I am calling for an investigation and her arrest.

Update on Bridget Ann O'Brien Hall - April 21, 2015.  Yesterday officer Sean McGinnis from the Redding Police Department called me to inform me that the Shasta County District Attorney had issued an ARREST WARRANT for Bridget Ann.  They were seeking her out as she is apparently on the run.  

If you have been in touch with her please notify the Redding Police Case #14-72117 or the Shasta County District Attorney case #F15-01765-01.

If you are a victim please notify the DA immediately as they will need as many of us to come forward as possible.  She must pay for her crimes.

I would like to personally thank RipoffReport.com for this website.  Before I filed the first report there was no trail of Bridget on the internet - since my posting victims in more than a dozen states have come forward now equaling over one million dollars in fraudulant theft.

September 2014.  Bridget Ann O'Brien Hall is still at large.  She has gone underground.  The authorites have been trying to locate her to bring her to justice.  She has committed the crimes of Fraud, Grand Theft, Contract Fraud, Misreprestataion, defamation of character, and more.

If she contacts you asking for money to be a part of book ensemble, a reality TV show, a book deal, etc - do your homework.  Demand to speak with others who are involved.  She won't allow this.  She will tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing she promises.  She will make a long list of excuses - from being in a car accident to the most recent one of a feigned illness of MRSA.

Nancy Sutton did not do any of the things you have just written. You have an fraud scheme going on and have left many victims in your path. And your right we are out to stop you from hurting anyone else. Your family wants nothing to do with you. You are a fraud and we have been watching you for many months now and know what you are doing. Be careful of what you are saying because everything is coming down. We have been gathering evidence against you for over 10 months now. We are turning  almost 20 cases over to the attorney general's office this week. We have also filed 3 fraud cases against you in Utah. And we are telling others to do the same. You are not going to do this to anyone else.

Nancy Sutton Pierce began a conspiracy of lies against me because she is jealous that a friend of hers was able to secure a book deal with a high level publisher through my arranging a dinner meeting where the book was sold in one evening. The author, the publisher, and myself were all at the meeting.   The author of this book lives in the same small town as Nancy and Nancy's jealously has caused Nancy to perpetuate a campaign to defame me and harm my business and family.

Nancy says she has my social security number and is willing to share personal information about me which is Identity Theft and illegal.  Her husband, Mark Pierce, is a physician, who has developed a new way to connect electronically with medical records and files.  This is how Nancy has stolen my identity and has threathened to share my medical history. The authorities has been notified.

My initial meeting with Nancy was to discuss distribution opportunities for her Yoga DVDs.  During that meeting, she committed fraud by telling me that she was the "NEW RELATIONSHIP GURU" FOR GOOD MORNING AMERICA. Nancy claimed that she was moving to New York City for the position of "NEW RELATIONSHIP GURU" on GOOD MORNING AMERICA.   Many months after working with Nancy she finally admitted that she lied about being the "NEW RELATIONSHIP GURU" FOR GOOD MORNING AMERICA. 

Nancy was not available to meet with me in Los Angeles as she was filming for SHOWTIME.  Nancy again committed fraud by leading me to believe that she had a new series in development with SHOWTIME.  I worked with Nancy almost daily for over a year leveraging a book, dvds and television series. Imagine my surprise to find out the following:

1. She did not have a television series in development with SHOWTIME.  The film she shot for SHOWTIME was for SHOWTIME after dark.  It was an adult movie newsreel about an erotic film festival that Nancy created that was a complete fraud and sham. 
2. Nancy took money from young filmmakers, sponsors, and the adult resort where she held the awards show. Nancy's male business partner ended up being the grand prize winner defrauding everyone involved.  Nancy then proceeded to cut him out of her business by defaming him and his innocent family in a way that is very similar to what she is doing to me.
3. Nancy hosts at this adults only resort, spiritual transformation weeks for young women, to be taught how to dress in a very sexualized way in order for them to have sex while at the resort. Again after many months of working with Nancy and in the process of my pitching a series that could be seen by a very wide demographic; I found out that Nancy and  her husband, Mark were on every swinger website available and many other sites that would not be considered entertainment by a wide audience. Upon my being made aware of this information through a television producer, I told Nancy in no uncertain terms that she needed to remove the explicit content; she and her husband from the swinger sites and stop hosting the events at the adults only resort.  She is a hedonist and lied to me telling me that she would take everything down and stop hosting the events. Nancy has more online identities, twitter accounts, my space, facebook accounts than a whole series of episodes of "Catfish."
4. I continued working diligently on her new branding.  She pressured me to include two of her friends in a television series and Nancy then controlled all of my interactions with her castmates.  When I questioned Nancy how they would feel about the adults only resorts, swingers, etc..Nancy told me the man had been a frequent guest of the resort. I later found out from the author of the book I was able to get published, that made Nancy so jealous, that these where Christian upstanding citizens of the community that would have been so embarassed to think that they had been protrayed that way.  Nancy's interferance again compromised a good faith contract.
5. Two months later an angry producer contacted me with flyers for a "Cougars and Cubs" event at the adults only resort. This compromised the television series as most Americans would not want  to watch content where a physician who works with young people is involved in this lifestyle.   At that point, Nancy was in default of our contract made in good faith because Nancy continued to do exactly what I asked her not to do.  This made it impossible to secure a legitimate book deal, distribution deal or television series. 
6. Nancy Sutton Pierce has since September of 2013;  actively defamed me, called, harassed, and stalked me, my family, my clients, and is heading a consipiracy to defame me.  Nancy has a long history of trying to put people out of business in this way.

She uses several names when conducting her "business" and I don't want anyone else to be fooled.  She has gone by Ann Hall, Ann O'Brien, Bridget Hall, Bridget O'Brien.  She uses her real connections with Beyond Words and Simon & Schuster Publishing to get her foot in your door.  DO NOT GIVE HER ANY MONEY!  She will not do the work nor honor her 100% money back guarentee she puts in her contracts.  THere are over 20 people now who have come forward to get justice.

This is Jan 13, 2014.  As of this date there has not been any resolution, nor any attempt on her part to meet the terms of our contractual agreement.  The only contact she has made has been two voice messages threatening me with legal action (from a blocked number with no return number to reach her).  She has not responded to numerous emails or text messages. 

If she askes you for money (which she will do with a high pressure sales pitch) and states that time is of the essesnce for her to "get your contract" or for "Michael" to put money in escrow for you.  USE CAUTION!!! Make sure she gives you something more to go on - someone to speak directly to to vouch for her.  I was never able (after at least a dozen requests) to get anyone she would allow me to speak or meet with who would validate her and her work.  Our history of knowing each other 25 years ago and me knowing her family was used agaisnt me to build trust.

She told me all the same things.  She never would give me person I could actually speak with who could validtate her.  I asked many times over the year we were "working together".

She promised me a 100% money back guarentee and she has not returned a dime.  Our contract was concluded in July 2013 - I gave her one additional month as she promised me she had immediate work.  Nothing has ever materialized.

Get firm (meaning YOU need to speak with any resource) validation before you go any further.  She will pressure you and say her financial backer needs her to have the money immediately - I don't believe he exisits as she could never produce him either.

Again I caution you - strongly.  She got me (I'm fighting it) but it's been a hellacious year of frustration and empty promises.

I have been talking this week with a woman named Anne Obrien.

I found out about her from a friend. Apparently, she is some hollywood big wig who is connected with some of the biggest names in the industry. She told me that she helped launch the secret. Said she is connected to with some of the biggest publishers, such as simon and Schuster. Said she could get me a reality tv show, said she helped a girl progress to the top of American idol and get a top producer. She also stated that she has access to large amounts of capital for investing. She was asking me for $5,000 to be part of some ensemble book. 

if she is who she says she is you would think that you would find her name all over the internet, she is nowhere to be found! apparently she wants to keep a low profile. I had a bad feeling about this and I felt like I should avoid her like the plague. Can you give me any details on what she told you? I don't want to create problems for her if she is who she says she is. Can you give me any more details on what she told you?
