We are still not fixed. Every night our service still goes down including the modem and the phone and everytime a Tech is sent out they adjust the box a little more and things seem to be getting worse., not better. I had not had ANY techs arrive on their scheduled time except for one. And this has been out of the 12 techs who have been out here since this has happened. I am sometimes given an ALL DAY appointment which irritates me even more, and then have to sit and wait all day for someone to come. And when I am given a 3 hour block appointment most of the time they are 90 minutes late. I am so used to the crappy service from Birght House I would not expect anything more. THEY claim to have the best, however....I have yet to see it. So, the battle still goes on....

It is now March 7th, and I have since had 10 days without service from Birghthouse and they have sucessfully been out here every single Thursday for the past month. Every single weekend my service is down and every single weekend another Bright House truck is out trying to fic the problem. It is a never ending problem. Nothing has been fixed. When I last called in to get a credit for not having any service No dial tone, no modem for 3 days, I was told, "I could not be given a credit as too many credits had been issued for the month." Trust me I was livid and chose to bite my tounge. I filed a consumer complaint with the better business bureau as I am still paying for products that are defective or not working properly.
