I purchased browser cleanser software on-line, downloaded the software and used the unlock code provided to obtain full functionality of the software. The software however appeared to have been corrupted in the download process and would not function correctly.
I have attempted to contact the Browser Cleanser support team at
[email protected] numerous times to find out how I might download the software again. Six weeks after the initial purchase of the software I have yet to obtain a reply to my enquiry from the support team. (Do they actually exist??)
Finally, ten days ago I emailed the support team asking for a refund of my payment for the software. True to form, I of course received no reply to that request!
