Bruce Berge, Wayne Berge & Bob Berge Malicious Abandonment. After my mother and her husband moved here, he left and cleaned out all their joint bank accounts! Tillamook Oregon
Bruce, Wayne and Bob Berge are "opportunists" and ripoff artists at its finest! After abondoning my mother, her husband of 23 years, and his brother cleaned out their nest egg retirement joint savings account and moved it into an account of his name only. So my mom had no access to any funds whatsoever. Her husband then went to live with his son, who has cut off all communication with us. The brother who coincidently has "power of attorney" over my mom's husband has just bought himself a barber shop. Hmmmm, wonder where he got the money for that, considering he works one day a week!! My mom, ran their business 24/7 working her bunns off while her husband drank 150 cans of beer a week. Not only that, she nursed his Uncle (bless his soul) while he was ill and cared for him when no one else would.
Important part of the equation is my mom is in Canada and her husband and family are in the States.
Convenient - NOT! AND they are both 75 years old. What kind of malicious, evil people would abandon their senior wife of 23 years and rob her of her 50% entitlement at least. He could have left her even a little. He left her nothing! This is the thanks she gets. We have a legal aid lawyer who is helping.
I would love to show up at their door with "Malicious Abandonment" charges. This is a very maddening and heartbreaking circumstance I hope never happens to anyone else!!
