Thanks for letting me report that this company charged an unathorized charge to my credit card. I have kept all my emails and letters, plus phone call to this company. I sent all this correspondence, mine and theirs, to my card company. My card company credited my account, and the BT-LTD removed their charge, but they still had the gaull to send me an email that said I could still get their product, but at a lower rate....LOL
