You were set up in one of the most common scams of the security business... You did nothing wrong. They just wanted to get rid of you and they framed you up on bogus charges. You stayed there too long. If they had retirement at 15 years of employment, I would have taken it. Now they cheated you out of it. These people sound like they were trained at Allied Security or Allied/Barton Security, Securitas or any of the other lousy private security contractors throughout the country. They are all the same. They can't cheat you out of your retirement if you had any coming... You might be able to get an attorney in Ohio for that. I don't know how they do it in Ohio but I don't know ANY security company that actually PAYS RETIREMENT. They promise a lot but they NEVER deliver and somebody else pockets it ALL. You CAN file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for AGE discrimination. They are a federal agency and someone at the Wage and Hour or your employment bureau should be able to tell you where they are and how to file. If you are a minority group member, American Indian, Hispanic, etc. you will really have a good case. GET OUT OF PRIVATE CONTRACT SECURITY AND DON'T GO BACK BECAUSE THIS IS HOW IT ENDS UP! Or you could be dead ( and they won't even pay for your funeral if you are killed in the line of duty or not) or disabled like I was--FOR NOTHING! ANYBODY WHO IS READING THIS PLEASE TAKE THIS TO HEART. I PUT IN 20 YEARS AND EVERY WORD THIS MAN SAYS IS TRUE!
