I finally got some in corporation to talk to and had to do this twice as some how the the first remac# did not get to my clients email. I told them how the costumer sevice did not listen to me and kept giving me the script of that if it os over 14 day it can not be return even when the repair took from June till Sept. She was not happy they gave us a run around and that Microsoft should have known this was a repaired and re-instated system as it came from them that way for Buy.com to sell. I got a full refund for my client and Buy.com was sent the system back and I hope dumped in the trash. My client will not have anything to do with Buy.com again and they should look up who I talked to and fire them or at best re-train them to know when to drop the scripts and listen to the people on the other end of the phone line. The person I talk to was Named Jammy and she said they really were not listening to what i was saying on what happen and was very unhappy this was costing the company and my client time and money. I found the company's info listed in google search 5 to 6 calls this took and a month of waiting to get paper work all done. the client went local and got a Play station 3 and loves it Also again the I gave the listing for the company location ny my client he was in the sacrament area not in the are listed in the fist report
