Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am a former employee of Buzz Communications, or any of the supplied alias. During my time there I watched it go from a semi decent and professional company to a company built on lies and out ethics behavior. I was the main person dealing with incoming calls as well as the daily business of Buzz.

In my time there I was repeatedly judged based on a Scientology code of ethics known as a "tone scale". It was mentioned that people who rated on a lower level of this tone scale were unimportant and fired for no justifiable reason.

I also temped in the Human Resources Dept. so I saw how the employees were handled. Its funny how the president is so quick to tell you more lies to cover himself..They haven't solved anything. The only thing they have done is sent their computers to the "Florida" office also known as the Presidents home with all the illegal software.

Also they have given away the long distance business is a way to bow out of the mess they created for themselves.. I have a link I will provide to see the newspaper article about them and their shady practices..

#2Consumer Suggestion

I am writing to defend this company. I have been employed by Buzzazz for the last 6 months. I am shocked to read the comments that have been posted here. I would like to share with anyone reading this what my experience has been. I have come to know the owners and the directors on a personal level. I will not dispute that most involved with the company are involved in scientology, but no one has ever asked me to become a scientologist. I was not familar with the management structure of L. Ron Hubbard , or the church of scientology previous to becoming an employee of this company. I was directed to this web site by a former employee of the company about a month in to my employment with Buzzazz. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical of the company after reading the "rip off report",but I decided to put the negative information I read aside and create my own opinion. I have educated myself about scientology since reading the report 5 months ago, what I have found is that people who believe in the principals of scientology also live their lives around a very strict ethics system. It does not make much sense that this company would do wrong by any customer on purpose. I am sad that there has been so much energy and effort put in to trying to bring Buzzazz down. Currently there are child molesters, and murderers walking around free, there are drug dealers selling crack to young children. I wish the effort would have been put in to taking those people off the streets instead of trying to bring Buzzazz down. I look at a Org. board every day at work, and posted clear as day is a mission statement for the company: To deliver a finished product to a satisfied customer. I think the bottom line is that this company has been discriminated against becouse the owners believe in something that is not considered "normal"! I can only hope that the complainers who posted here have found something more posative to do with their time. I hope everyone can find something to center their life around, something that makes them try to better themselves. Life is short, you can live it bringing other people misery, or you can live it bringing people joy. I choose to live my life with an open mind, but I am not a scientologist, nor do I have any aspirations of becoming one. In my time with this company I have sold many web sites, and I have yet to come across a customer that was not happy with our product. So I guess the point I am trying to make is that I can confidently say the post here in untrue. I believe it was posted by a disgruntled ex employee who did not like his job for one reason or another. I hope everyone who reads this can think of a time in your life when someone has said something about you that was unfair or untrue. Rumors are just that sometimes. I hope that our future customers will be able to form their own opinions about our company, and maybe one day this site will remove the post.

First off, I was NEVER a designer, and you d**n well knew that. The title next to my name, which you even referred to me by to our customers, was Division 4 Manager of Web Design and Customer Service. And I suggested that we continue to use the illegal software we already had so my designers could get their work done... keeping you morons off my back. Have fun with the thetans. R

You're Right, Fran.

Fran, you are absolutely right. We are ultimately responsible for the software situation and I stated so. You read it. I said, "We had some employees who either did not understand the laws in this area or ignored them and we had done a poor job of policing this sort of thing." I was simply telling anyone reading this exactly what happened and that we had, in fact, taken care of the entire situation because we were responsible for it. Do you see that I said that, Fran? I said, "... we did a poor job of policing this sort of thing." Oddly enough, one of our designers, Ryan Mack, who had actually been our manager in that division suggested directly to me during a meeting in my office that we do it again. This was after the discovery was made that we were already in violation of those copyright laws. Needless to say, we did not do it on that occasion but it was far too permissive at atmosphere that had been created. The truth is that most of the violations had occurred prior to Ryan's arrival as well as your's, Fran.

Is it the employee's responsibility or the business owner's?

How can you make a statement like this?? It is a business owners responsibility to make sure that their employees are aware of laws that may pertain to your business. When you have your employees make company purchases don't you review them and anything involved? Or did you just tell him to do his job and expect him to deal with all the consequences? I think the average person who knows anything about computer software knows about the licenses involved, they aren't free. They may not have known this: Every computer containing software that produces a product for profitable gain must have a seperate license purchased for that copy of the software. Why put the blame on your empoyees who tried to open your eyes to this, but your company did not want to spend the extra money for what they could get away with. It really worked out for you didn't it?

Only The Facts Please!!!

Please! This is not a bad forum all together but each of us using it must exercise a high level of responsibility to state only facts. This person, who is using an alias since I do not know of anyone named Kosta who worked for us, really needs to be very careful about what they say. The fact that this person is using an alias alone should give one pause to wonder about the veracity of their statements. My name is Mark Krajewski. I am the Vice President of Administration for Buzzazz. I am willing and available to speak with any unhappy customer or employee about any issue they may have but please do not spread untruths. This person states, "...I was repeatedly judged based on a Scientology code of ethics known as a "tone scale". The Tone Scale is not a Code of Ethics - not even close. This person states, "It was mentioned that people who rated on a lower level of this tone scale were unimportant and fired for no justifiable reason." Who mentioned it Kosta? You need to deal with facts here - who, what, where, when and how. Everyone who was ever fired from Buzz was fired for a justifiable reason and if you'd like to point out any particular instance where you feel otherwise, I'd be happy to provide you with the justifiable reason that they were let go. This is true despite the fact that our state laws do not require us to do so. This person states, "Its funny how the president is so quick to tell you more lies to cover himself." Kosta! I can't tell you how utterly irresponsible and unethical it is to make a statement like that without stating exactly what at least one of those lies was. If you made a statement like this in a court of law, Kosta, what would be the next thing out of the judge's mouth? I have to think that it would certainly be, "What lies did he tell?" Right? So please do not make general sweeping statements like this without at least providing some shred of evidence or fact. As for the Florida office, it is true that the President was operating out of his home there for a short, transitionary period of time. We did not ship computers there at that time. Once he established an office there, we did ship some computers there since we had extras in Indiana and it made much more sense to use those rather than purchase new ones since a majority of the shipped computers were less than a year old anyway. Regarding illegal software on any of our computers, we did, in fact find ourselves with computers with illegal software installed on them. We had some employees who either did not understand the laws in this area or ignored them and we had done a poor job of policing this sort of thing. We ended up working with the proper authorities to rectify the situation. Kosta obviously did not take the time to discover this before publishing this accusation. Again, I would be more than happy to speak with any past or present customer or employee regarding any issue they may have with our company but I implore you to be careful, please, to speak only in facts.
