also a know-it-all potty mouth.
Since she's made the standard "You must work for them" accusation, I'd guess she's out of arguments.

So you must work with them, you one of the brainless souls that rip people off to? I have gotten it straightened out, I will live with the consequences and endure the same as many other have and will. I think that they are the scum of the world and it's all there is to it. I made an offer, they refused it and so life goes on.. So for you, kiss my a**!!

"We were told to fill out the paperwork and then we could drive it."
That's when you should have said, 'No, we will test drive it first.' You could have saved yourself the deposit and a lot of aggravation.

Without regard to all the problems you had with the car, taking the car back is considered a voluntary repo. A repo is a repo so it does not matter how many payments you made on time, you now have a repo on your credit report. What is distressing is you did this to yourself yet you now complain they haven't reported positive things to the bureaus. You shot yourself in the foot and you will pay the price for many years if they report the repo.
