On 2/18/2007 I placed an order with Caiman.com (through Amazon) for $46.17. Within 3 days they sent mail back to me claiming they shipped my order. However, the order did not arrive by 3/25/2007.
I have sent over 15 mail messages to
[email protected], but the most common response is a form letter asking for my address. I do not believe that a numan is even reading my mail.
I have stopped payment with the credit card company. Amazon responded by placing a freeze on my account. Caiman eventually sent me a mail message agreeing to refund my money, but has not followed through. I believe that this was a delaying tactic on their part since Amazon has no record of the refund request.
I have been in constant contact with both Amazon and with the credit card company and sent them copies of the mail messages. Both agree that Caiman has the next move to refund my money.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
