Cal Spas finally replaced our spa, and we were very happy with the individual who helped us finally reach a resolution. He was wonderful. I wish everyone with this company could learn customer service from him. He went above and beyond making us happy. He returned our phone calls immediately, and seemed very genuine. Im not sure if I would reccommend the company to anyone just because of what we went through, and the length of time it took to get it resolved, but it finally is. One less stressor in my life.
