Letter came regarding payment settlement for Union Bank. Gave me a date of 9-30-03 to settle for 1,546.73 from $6,967.97. The letter also states that If I fail to accept. They will check my credit history.
That Camco would evaluate "my credit and financial circumstance" nd proceed with an appropriate collection program in accordance with state and federal law.
Tried to call 877-292-2626. No one answers or buzy.
Been married for over 12 years. Used my maiden name. This account is not minds.-If it is must be really old. I personal did not have anything to do with union Bank. I used my companys credit for all car loans etcs.
