Camping andfishing outlet outdoorsonline.com- Christie Ripped off, screwed, worst internet purchase experience ever! San Antonio TX, allegedly Internet
I ordered $80 worth of goods from their website on 11/27/16, the transaction was posted to my CC account that day. Never got a confirmation (first sign of misery to come) so i inquired on 12/13/16. Christie responded saying they were experiencing delays and that it woudl be 12-20 MORE days before the order was shipped. THis was unacceptable to me so i asked her to cancel the order. She offered me a gift card for future purchase, i declined, why would i want to do business with this company again?!
Since then i have tried numerous times by phone and email to contact them with no response. I still have not recieved my credit/refund. This business is a total scam, i doubt they fulfill any orders. When they respond from a gmail.com account, that is a good sign that they are unprofessional and a rip off business.
