Camping World - Harrisburg, Pa Grumbine's Fraudulent Extended Warrentee Harrisburg Pennsylvania
I purchased an extended warrantee on my brand new 2014 Thor Challenger for over five thousand dollars. When I took my unit in for service for a noise in the dash fan I was told I did not have the CORRECT warrantee as this was a chassis part and my warrantee was for coach ONLY even though the warrantee document stated I was warranted on the chassis for 60 months and/or 60000 miles. My unit is 2 years old with 7500 miles on it. They charged me $700 for the repair. Additionally, I had a drawer and a cabinet door repaired. I had the same kind of parts repaired at the Tampa Camping World at no charge. Grumbine’s stated that these repairs were NOT covered even though they are part of the COACH and charged me another $150.00. I bought my unit at Harrisburg Camping World, I bought the extended warrantee from Harrisburg and I took it to Harrisburg for service. NEVER again, I will never give another penny to Camping World or Thor Motorhomes.
