Canvasreplicas.com they said they have a 30 days’ money back guarantee but after 8 weeks of waiting for the painting arrived damage and I contacted the support Mr. Bart and he said that the painting is shipped in proper packing. I send the pictures to them that the image arrived broken and they refused to send a money back. I called and email them again but there are not answering me anymore. I reported them BBB and they are now acting. So, don’t trust these companies anymore!

As we have done with the other false complaints, let us explain why we know this posting is false.   1) We have no customers named Zukitata in our database.   2) We have not had a customer in Belgium purchase from us since May of 2016.   3) We do not have a customer in our database from the Flanders or East Flanders province of Belgium or Ghent which is the main city in that region.    4) The "customer" said the painting was damaged in shipping and we would not send a refund. We guarantee all our shipments.   If a customer has an issue with a painting damaged in shipment they simply need to contact us to state it was damaged for a refund.  They don't even need photos for proof of damage.   We always insure all our shipments for this very reason and to guarantee you receive a refund if it is damaged in transit.   Our guarantee policy is very clear - we stand by all our work.   5) In this complaint the "customer" states they had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.   The "customer' used the term BBB because we assume they could not spell Bureau and they stated the BBB was shutting our business down.   We have no complaints from the Better Business Bureau and in fact we have an A+ rating with the BBB.   That rating is available for the public simply by searching Google with the words Better Business Bureau and Canvas Replicas.   5) Read the way the complaint is written.  This competitor company is using an offshore spamming service to write negative comments about us and other vendors, and has become infamous on RipOff Report for mass posting negative complaints against all art vendors.  You can tell by the way these complaints are poorly written they are not legitimate customers but an offshore spamming farm. (Again, they refer to me as Mr. Bart - that's almost too hilarious to point out).  You will see in the Art Galleries and Art Gallery categories of RipOff Reports there were now over 200 complaints posted in a four day window of Dec. 14-29 against a wide variety of art vendors including Canvas Replicas.  These are not from real customers but the spam farm used by one company focused on discrediting their competition.   6) This "customer" stated we did not respond to their calls or emails.   Our customer service and communication is one of the things we pride ourselves on.  If you call during our business hours (listed below) you will speak to us live.   If you call after hours and leave a message you will receive a call back the next day.  If you send an email you will receive a reply within the hour.   It is one of the traits which sets us apart.  To say we "failed to respond" shows it is not a real customer.    

For the last month and a half this company, 1st Art Gallery, has been posting negative reviews to all other art companies.   We know now who it is because one of their former employees contacted us and other art companies after seeing these postings and our rebuttals, and let us know what they are doing.
