We were contacted by Capsouth LLC. They were looking for a process serving company to do home inspections on newly acquired properties. They said they were paying $60.00 per inspection. They also requested that we show the homes to interested buyers.
We agreed and started with 1 home in Orlando . After 5 or 6 inspections, I requested payment and they had many excuses why they were behind in the accounting department. I got 1 payment.
We then started doing a home in Kissimmee. That home had a water leak. They requested we remove the carpet and take photos. We did that and everything else they requested. We have never got paid for anything. Now when I call , it goes straight to voicemail, and no one calls back.
My emails have been read but not returned. We were warned by another company that they didn't pay, but we figured we would try. Now we regret it.

Just to let everyone know...Steve and his wife were arrested...but let out on $500 bail. All of their computers, files, etc. were confiscated (or at least this is what an ex-employee has told me). Kind of funny for the amount of money they owe to people and the IRS and only have a pocket change bail. If you go to Broward.org and search the public court records....there are hundreds of judgments against these people. They have also swindled investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Go to sunbiz.org and you can see all of the companies that are owned by the Lalonde's.....STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM!!!!! They have a BBB rating of F on 95% of their companies! Just a word to the wise....always do research on companies before you deal with them....especially when it comes to your money.
