Carhop Nightmare from week one Sacramento California
I initially bought the car from carhop back in March 2016 the first week three different things went wrong with the car luckily it was covered under the 30 day warranty . Not even a month later I brought it back to the shop they replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter it was also covered under the warranty only because I argued back with them Otherwise I was going to have to pay the full amount owed for repairs. Car hop agreed to fix the car under the warranty because at this point I was in tears. The very next day I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. I sat and thought about how much I am paying for this car (over 9,000 ) and it's only an 2001. I had to have it towed to the shop for a diagnostic and more repairs but this time out of my own pocket. The shop informed me after doing the diagnostic that they no longer dealt with car hop as of a month ago. Of course I was livid. Now I wish to return the car but the financing company informed me they will sell my car at an auction and I will still owe the remaining balance which could be over $9000 . Please do not ever go to this place they will sell you a dream and be happy doing it. This isn't even everything on top of getting ahold of them on the phone is d**n near impossible!! I highly regret going to car hop I believe I work hard enough and deserve a new car!! That is reliable! Lord help me!
